Cancellation Policy
Your appointments are very important to me, and that time is set aside specifically for you. I understand that life happens and schedules change; however, to ensure I can provide the best service to all my clients, I kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. Any appointment cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours' notice will be subject to a cancellation fee equal to 30% of the scheduled service cost.
